Great idea, but security needs strengthening. Great app and a smart idea for travellers needing luggage storage after hotel or Airbnb check-out. Booking was easy, the location was convenient and affordable, even for 7 cases. However, security and service let it down. The site was a souvenir shop with one distracted staff member, no receipt or app confirmation, and bags stored in a cluttered back room. The concept works, but the secure handover process needs improvement.

Das (Souvenir-)Geschäft war wohl allerdings neu im Business, dass es keine speziellen Lagerplatz dafür gab, sondern ein Platz im Lager freigeräumt wurde. Trotzdem alle nett und unproblematisch.

Great service generally but for one of the locations in Copenhagen, the address is wrong. I’ve reported this to Radical Storage. The owners of the shop also know this but people keep arriving at the wrong place. A few steep steps down to the storage too.
