We spend 30 minutes to find it - the storage box uses the yellow DHL packstation. It was really difficult to find it because we were definitely not expecting to leave our luggage inside a packstation. We were unsure whether we will ever get our luggage back, because it looked like we were sending our luggage away via dhl…Besides “radical support” customer service was really slow on Sunday and telephone support is not available on Sunday.
In the end we figured it out, you need to click “deposit” and manually paste the code you got via the email. And then you will receive another code via email to open the locker. Unfortunately, you as soon as you open the locker with the second code, you cannot use the locker again and your booking is over.
